MASCONOMET SPORTS FOUNDATION

The purpose of the Corporation is: (i) to promote, foster and encourage interest in all athletic activities at Masconomet Regional School District (“MRSD”), a public regional school district, in Boxford, Massachusetts, and to promote the fundamentals of athleticism, character, sportsmanship, good citizenship and competitiveness among students at MRSD; (ii) to support, advance and enhance the construction and maintenance of athletic facilities and athletic equipment at MRSD; (iii) to conduct such other activities and programs in furtherance of the foregoing purposes as may be carried out by a corporation organized under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 180 and described in Section (501)(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Corporation shall at all times adhere to the rules, regulations and policies of the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association, or any successor entity, to the extent that such rules, regulations and policies to not conflict with the purposes of the Corporation as set forth in the Articles of Organization.
